You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Don't misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt how it works. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Applying for a studio residency is a request, not a guarantee of a space. All applications are reviewed and we'll respond within a reasonable time. Any residency is subject to a separate licence agreement, which sets out the full terms — including the minimum term, rent, and house rules. Nothing on this website forms a binding tenancy or licence on its own.

Where you set up rent payments, these are processed securely by Stripe by Direct Debit or card, and recurring payments are taken on the schedule shown to you at sign-up (typically monthly). Your first payment may be pro-rated. You can cancel future payments in line with your licence agreement; cancelling a payment does not by itself end your residency obligations.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We're not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. We try to keep product details and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if we spot a genuine pricing or description error in your order, we'll contact you before fulfilling it. Some items are sold as pre-orders, with dispatch timescales shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the point of order.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. If something you've bought is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For most online orders you also have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason. Email us and we'll arrange the return, and we'll refund you within 14 days of getting the goods back. You pay the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. The one exception is our made-to-order acoustic studio panels: because they're built specifically for your order, they can't be cancelled or returned once we've started making them — unless they're faulty.

The Temple Studios name, logo, branding, photography, written content, and the design of this site are owned by us (or used under licence) and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

We provide the website and its content in good faith but make no guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow us to — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, is the one that applies.
